Refund Policy:

– Refunds are eligible only if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery.
• A refund request is raised within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
– Refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
– Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless it’s our error.

Return Policy

– Returns are accepted only if the product is:
• Damaged during transit
• Expired on delivery
• Wrong item delivered
– Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
– Perishable goods  cannot be returned unless damaged/expired at delivery.
– The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (where applicable).
