• Introduction – By accessing or using Agri2Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Account Registration – To access certain services, you may be required to create an account  with accurate personal details. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password. Agri2Go will not be liable for unauthorized account use
• Product Information & Pricing – We strive to ensure that product details (descriptions, pricing, availability) are accurate, but errors may occur. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In case of incorrect pricing, Agri2Go reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order.
• Orders & Payments – Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order occurs only after we confirm it via email/WhatsApp/SMS. Payments must be made through the provided secure payment gateways. In case of failed transactions, Agri2Go is not responsible for bank/UPI delays.
• Delivery & Shipping – Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner constraints. Delivery charges will be at actuals and communicated before dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
• Returns & Refunds – Returns/refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policies published separately. Perishable goods may not be eligible except in cases of damage or expiry at delivery.
• Intellectual Property Rights – All trademarks, logos, images, content, and materials on Agri2Go are owned by us. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Uses – You agree not to misuse the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities, attempt to hack, disrupt, or introduce malware/viruses, or use automated tools (bots) to place bulk/false orders.
• Limitation of Liability – Agri2Go shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
• Indemnification – You agree to indemnify Agri2Go, its employees, and partners against any laims, damages, or losses resulting from violation of these Terms.
• Governing Law & Dispute Resolution – These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Amendments – Agri2Go may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms upon continued use of the website.
